In Vietnam, you can find our products at Neo-, Gallery Medium, and OhQuao in Ho Chi Minh City.
In the U.S., we are expanding our retailer network. Currently, our Lớp collection is available at the NY MoMA Store and SF MoMA Store.

Which countries do you ship to?
- U.S.: Online orders are shipped nationwide.
- North or South America: Contact us at order@bangoibanga.com, and we'll arrange shipping from our Pennsylvania warehouse.
- European Union: Refer to our online retailers.
- UK, Switzerland, Norway: Additional customs charges and VAT will be billed by local authorities and must be paid by the customer.

What are the shipping costs?
Orders in the U.S., North, and South America are shipped from Pennsylvania.
Orders in Europe are shipped from our warehouse in Le Blanc-Mesnil, Paris.
Orders in Vietnam and other locations are shipped from our factory in Vietnam.

What is the return process?
For products purchased on our website, you can request to return your undamaged and unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Contact our customer team at info@bangoibanga.com with your order number and reason for the return, and we’ll provide you with all the details!
Customers are responsible for shipping charges when returning items to our warehouses in Pennsylvania (for U.S. orders) or near Paris (for EU orders). If you no longer have the original packaging, a repackaging fee of $10/€10 will be deducted from your refund.
For products purchased through one of our retailers, please reach out to them directly.
How much are the return shipping costs?

Do you offer exchanges?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer team at info@bangoibanga.com with your order number, and we’ll provide you with all the details.
When will I be reimbursed?
As soon as your return is shipped back to the warehouse, send us an email at info@bangoibanga.com with the tracking information. This will help us monitor the return and ensure you receive your refund quickly.

What is BằNG's warranty?
If your issue isn't covered by our warranty, don’t worry. Our products are designed to be repaired. Our Repair Kit can be shipped anywhere, allowing you to replace parts yourself.
BằNG's warranty does not cover:
- Little glass bubbles in opal glass handblown shades. Our tolerances with our glass partner are, maximum 5 bubbles, smaller than3mm diameter.
- Changes in surface finish due to aging or exposure to light
- Natural variations of powder coating and/or other coatings
- Normal wear and tear, including, but not limited to, everyday wear and tear of surfaces
- Powder coats and lacquers damage if caused by intended use or wear and tear
- Damage from external factors, such as any of the following:
- Sharp objects or imprinting from writing instruments
- Prolonged exposure to moisture or direct sunlight
- Modifications, alterations, tampering, or improper maintenance or repairs
- Force majeure, including but not limited to fire, lightning, flood, tornado, earthquake, or hurricane
- Any actions or uses performed outside of those recommended or specified on our site, including our FAQs.

What is the claim process?
Claims can be filed here
For easy filing, you'll need:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged item, exterior packaging, and shipping label
- Article # / SKU of the product
Please keep all packaging and products while your claim is open. We will respond to all submitted claims within 3–4 business days. If you need assistance sooner, contact us at info@bangoibanga.com.
Note: Delivered goods should be checked for potential delivery damages within 14 days of delivery.
