Which countries do you ship to?

We aim to serve you globally!

  • U.S.: Online orders are shipped nationwide.
  • North or South America: Contact us at order@bangoibanga.com, and we'll arrange shipping from our Pennsylvania warehouse.
  • European Union: Refer to our online retailers.
  • UK, Switzerland, Norway: Additional customs charges and VAT will be billed by local authorities and must be paid by the customer.
If your country isn’t listed, please email us at order@bangoibanga.com with your order request and delivery details, and we’ll do our best to assist you.


What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location.

  • Orders in the U.S., North, and South America are shipped from Pennsylvania.
  • Orders in Europe are shipped from our warehouse in Le Blanc-Mesnil, Paris.
  • Orders in Vietnam and other locations are shipped from our factory in Vietnam.

Can I change the delivery date?

Yes, as long as your order has not yet shipped! Please contact us at order@bangoibanga.com as soon as you've placed your order with the requested delivery date. We'll update this with our warehouse and send you a confirmation of the change.
